Want a gut that feels steady, and a body that keeps up?
Some days your digestion has a mind of its own. The weeks are full, the workouts are hard, and you'd like your body to keep up with all of it. And lately, everyone seems to be talking about colostrum.
Colostrum is the first milk a cow makes after giving birth: nature's first food, made to get a newborn's gut and immune system going. It's naturally rich in immunoglobulins (IgG) and growth factors.
For adults, those are what help maintain a healthy gut lining and support normal immune function.* One scoop gives you 2,300 mg of bovine colostrum, with 575 mg of IgG printed right on the label.

of IgG in every scoop. It's printed on the label, so you know exactly what you're getting.

of colostrum a day lowered gut permeability versus placebo in a small study of 16 athletes in peak training. One scoop gives you 2,300 mg.
How one scoop a day works
Steady on the inside, on the days that ask the most.
Colostrum helps maintain a healthy gut lining and supports normal immune function.* Here's where you'd want that to show up.

A gut that feels settled
Meals, workouts, long days: your gut lining is part of all of it. Colostrum helps maintain a healthy gut lining.*
Everyone's gut is different. Studies used 1,000 mg to 25 g of colostrum a day; one scoop is 2,300 mg.

Immune support for full weeks
Full weeks, early starts, a calendar with no gaps. Colostrum's immunoglobulins support normal immune function.*
It supports normal immune function. It isn't a treatment for any illness, and sleep, food and rest still matter most.

A gut that keeps up with hard training
Hard workouts put your gut to work too. In athletes, colostrum helped keep gut permeability in check.*
Studies were in athletes and used 1,000 mg to 20 g of colostrum a day. One scoop is 2,300 mg.

One scoop, done
Unflavored and pretty mild, a little milky. I shake it into cold water with a squeeze of lemon before work.
My gut feels steadier

Questions, answered.

Can I take it if I'm sensitive to dairy?
Colostrum is made from cow's milk, so don't take it if you have a milk allergy. It also contains some lactose (the amount isn't listed on the label). If you're lactose intolerant, ask your doctor before you start. It isn't vegan.
Are there side effects?
Some people notice gas, bloating or looser stools when they start. Taking your scoop with a meal can help. If it doesn't settle, stop and talk to your doctor.
Is 2,300 mg enough?
One scoop gives you 2,300 mg of colostrum with 575 mg IgG. That's more than the 1,000 mg a day used in a 20-day placebo-controlled study of athletes (Hałasa et al., 2017), and less than the 20-25 g a day used in most exercise studies. We'd rather show you both than pick the flattering one.
What do IgG and 25% mean?
IgG (immunoglobulin G) is the main immunoglobulin in colostrum. 25% means a quarter of each 2,300 mg scoop is IgG: 575 mg. Brands measure IgG with different tests, so the numbers on different labels aren't always comparable.
How do I take it, and what does it taste like?
One scoop in 6-8 oz of cold water or your favorite cold drink, once a day. Stir or shake well and drink it within 10 minutes. It's unflavored; colostrum tastes mild and slightly milky.
Is it grass-fed or from the first milking?
Our supplier doesn't specify that, so we don't claim it. What we can tell you: it's bovine colostrum made in the USA, standardized to 25% IgG, and it's the only ingredient.
Can I take it with medication, or while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Talk to your doctor first. The same goes if you have a medical condition.
Who shouldn't take it?
It's for adults 18 and over. Not for anyone with a milk allergy. Keep it out of reach of children.

The science, with the fine print.
Each row shows the dose and the people studied. These studies used other colostrum products, not ours, and most used more than one scoop.

Dose and conditions: 16 male mixed martial arts athletes in peak training; 500 mg colostrum twice a day (1,000 mg) for 20 days, versus whey.
Worth knowing: A small study in men only, with colostrum collected in the first 2 hours after calving. 6 of 8 in the colostrum group started with raised gut permeability.
Dose and conditions: 12 volunteers, crossover with placebo; 20 g colostrum a day for 14 days before a standard hard exercise test.
Worth knowing: About 9 times the colostrum in one scoop.
Dose and conditions: Meta-analysis of 10 randomized trials in athletes and other adults; doses and durations varied.
Worth knowing: No difference on another gut marker (I-FABP), and results varied widely between trials.
Dose and conditions: 28 endurance-trained men, crossover with placebo; 25 g colostrum a day for 12 weeks.
Worth knowing: No change in immunoglobulins in the blood. A review of 10 trials found little effect on immune markers overall (Główka et al., 2020).
Dose and conditions: 7 healthy adults drank a bovine colostrum immunoglobulin concentrate; contents of the small intestine were collected by tube.
Worth knowing: A single dose of a concentrate, not colostrum powder.
