Will it make me bloated?
Bloating stories mostly come from 20 g-a-day loading weeks. Here it's a steady 3 g a day, no loading. If you notice a little water weight early on, it's water inside the muscle, not fat.
How do I take it?
Two gummies a day, any time of day, as directed on your jar. Nothing to mix, no loading week.
What if it's not for me?
Take it for up to 90 days. If it isn't for you, tell us within 90 days of delivery and get every dollar back.
It was never just a gym supplement. It's how your muscles and brain make quick energy.
The word that's right there, then gone. The 2 pm slump. Workouts that show less than they used to. You're not imagining it, and you're not the only one.
Creatine helps your muscles and your brain recycle quick energy.* Your body makes some, and you get a little from meat and fish. Taken every day alongside strength work, it helps your muscles get more from every session.*
Women carry less muscle than men, so less creatine in total, and usually eat less of it. And as menopause begins, lean muscle starts to slip. That's why creatine keeps coming up in conversations about midlife strength.

Lean muscle starts to decline as the menopause transition begins, in a study of US midlife women.
is the dose EU food-safety experts reviewed: with strength training 3 times a week, daily creatine can enhance the training's effect on muscle strength in adults over 55.

Creatine helps your muscles and your brain make quick energy.* Here are three moments where you'd want to feel it.

Memory for the to-do list
Your brain stores creatine too. A 2024 review of 16 trials found better memory scores with creatine, with a larger effect in women.*
Xu et al., 2024. Doses varied across trials.

More to give in the moves you already make
With regular strength work, creatine gives your muscles more quick energy to work with: weights, bands, a class.*
Strength results in research come with regular strength training.

More in the tank for your day
Creatine tops up the quick-energy reserve your muscles draw on, at the gym and beyond.*
Research is strongest with regular strength training.
Easy to take. Easy to keep taking.
Finally stuck with creatine
Every tub of powder I bought ended up at the back of the cupboard. Two gummies with my coffee is something I actually do.
Tastes like a proper gummy
Blueberry is my favorite. They taste like a real gummy, not chalky, and I don't have to mix anything.
Stronger at my class
Lifting at my strength class feels more doable than it did. I'm not chasing big muscles, I just want to stay capable.
Results vary.
Checked with my doctor first
I'm on HRT, so I asked my doctor before starting. Two gummies fit easily into my morning.
For my head as much as my legs
I started for the gym, but I've kept going for my focus. My to-do list and I get along better these days.
Results vary.
No hype, which I liked
The page shows what the studies didn't find as well as what they did. That honesty is why I gave it a try.

Your next 90 days, two gummies at a time.
Every day you take it keeps your muscles' quick-energy reserve topped up. Here's what the next 90 days look like.

Questions, answered.

Will it make me bloated or put weight on the scale?
Most bloating stories come from a 20 g-a-day loading week. There's no loading here, just a steady 3 g a day. A 2021 research review found water shifts with creatine are mostly short-term, and creatine doesn't add fat. If you notice a little water weight early on, it's water inside the muscle.
Is 3 g a day enough? I read 5-10 g.
Researchers recommend 3-5 g a day to keep muscle creatine stores topped up, and 3 g a day fills them over about 4 weeks without a loading phase (ISSN position stand, 2017). Europe's food safety authority based its strength claim for adults over 55 on 3 g a day. Many brain studies used higher doses. Don't take more than the serving on your jar without asking your doctor.
Do creatine gummies really contain creatine?
Not always. In a June 2025 lab test of 6 popular creatine gummies by SuppCo, 4 had little or no creatine in them. Vitasy wasn't part of that test. Check the label for the amount of creatine monohydrate per serving: ours states 3,000 mg per 2 gummies.
Isn't creatine for men? Will it bulk me up?
Creatine isn't just for men. Studies in women show strength gains when creatine is paired with training (Smith-Ryan, 2021). It doesn't add fat, and 3 g a day won't turn into bulk. Muscle you build comes from your training.
Is it safe for my kidneys?
In healthy adults, research at recommended doses hasn't shown harm to kidney function. Creatine can raise creatinine on a routine blood test, so tell your doctor you take it. If you have kidney disease, don't use it without your doctor's OK.
Does creatine cause hair loss?
That idea goes back to one small 2009 study in young male rugby players that has never been repeated. A 2021 research review found no evidence that creatine causes hair loss.
Do I need to lift weights?
The strongest research on creatine and muscle strength is in people who do regular strength training. A 2-year study of 3 g a day without training found no effect on muscle. That doesn't have to mean a barbell: bands, bodyweight moves and dumbbells at home count when they're challenging, about 3 times a week.
When will I notice anything?
Creatine builds up with daily use, not in a single dose. Take it every day alongside your strength work and give it the full 90 days. Everyone is different, and we don't promise a timeline.
Can I take it in perimenopause, menopause or with HRT?
Creatine isn't a hormone and doesn't replace HRT. If you use HRT or take any medication, ask your doctor before you start a new supplement.
How does subscribe & save work?
You pay $27.99 a jar instead of $34.99 (20% off), and a new jar ships every 4 weeks with free shipping. Skip a delivery or cancel anytime.
Who shouldn't take it?
It's for adults. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, have kidney disease or take medication, talk to your doctor first.
The science, with the fine print.
Each row shows the dose and the people studied, and what didn't work. These studies are on creatine monohydrate in general, not on Vitasy.

Dose and conditions: 3 g a day, plus strength training at least 3 times a week for several weeks.
Worth knowing: A 2-year study of 3 g a day in 200 women after menopause, without a training program, found no effect on muscle (Sales et al., 2020). Creatine works with training, not instead of it.
Dose and conditions: 22 trials, 721 men and women, average age 57-70, strength training 2-3 times a week for 7-52 weeks. Doses varied.
Worth knowing: In a 2-year trial of 237 women after menopause taking about 10 g a day with training, strength gains were no bigger than training alone (Chilibeck et al., 2023).
Dose and conditions: 16 trials, 492 adults aged 21-76, healthy and with health conditions, creatine monohydrate. Doses varied.
Worth knowing: Many brain studies used higher doses than 3 g a day.
Dose and conditions: Review of studies in healthy adults; recommended dose 3-5 g a day.
Worth knowing: A review of earlier studies, not a new trial. If you have kidney disease, ask your doctor first.
