How one patch a morning works
Your morning, with one easy thing that's yours.
The best routine is the one you keep. Here's where one patch a morning shows up in your day.

Done before the coffee's ready
Peel, press, and that part of your morning is handled. No pill to remember, no glass of water, nothing to get down.
Apply to clean, dry skin. Use a new spot each day.

Out of sight, out of mind
Wear it where a sleeve covers it and get on with your day. When the day's work is done, peel it off.
Wear it up to 8 hours. If your skin gets red or itchy, take it off and stop using it.

Know exactly what you're wearing
16 ingredients, every milligram printed on the label. No proprietary blend, no guessing, no medication.
Take medication, or pregnant or breastfeeding? Ask your doctor first.
What customers say.
Finally something I don't forget
I'm terrible with pills. A patch on my arm in the morning is the one thing I've kept doing.
I read every line
Every ingredient has its milligrams next to it. I showed the label to my pharmacist before I started.
The pouch zips shut
The resealable pouch lives in my bathroom drawer and the patches stay flat. Simple.
I switch arms every day
Left arm one day, right arm the next, like the directions say. I'm still working out which spot feels best.
Small enough to forget
It's round and flat and sits under my sleeve. I don't think about it until I take it off.
Nothing to swallow
Pills and I don't get along. Pressing on a patch is easier than any capsule I've tried.

Here's what a patch-a-morning routine looks like, from the first one to day 90.

Questions, answered.

Is there GLP-1 or a medication in it?
No. There's no GLP-1, no hormone and no prescription ingredient. It's a patch with berberine HCl, plant extracts, amino acids and B vitamins, with every milligram on the label. It isn't a substitute for any medication your doctor prescribes.
Does it absorb through my skin?
We can't tell you how much does, because nobody has measured it for a patch like this. Lab studies describe berberine as poorly able to pass through skin without special carriers, and the human studies on berberine used capsules taken by mouth, at more than 1 gram a day. We'd rather tell you that than promise something no study has shown.
So what will I notice?
A morning routine with nothing to swallow, and a label you can read line by line. We don't promise a specific effect on your body, and we won't. If it isn't for you, you have 90 days to get every dollar back.
Is it OK for my skin?
Put it on clean, dry, unbroken skin and use a new spot each day. Some people find patch adhesive irritating. If your skin gets red, itchy or sore, take it off and stop using it. Don't put it on broken, irritated or sensitive skin.
Can I use it with my medication?
Ask your doctor first. The NIH notes that berberine may interact with some medicines, so check before you add it to what you already take.
Can I use it while pregnant or breastfeeding?
No. The NIH notes that berberine is likely unsafe for infants and may be unsafe during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
The label lists 1 mg folic acid. Is that a lot?
For folic acid taken by mouth, the NIH upper limit for adults is 1,000 mcg (1 mg) a day. How much passes through skin from a patch hasn't been measured. If you also take a multivitamin or prenatal vitamin with folic acid, ask your doctor.
Where should I put it?
Somewhere clean, dry and fairly hair-free, like your upper arm or inner wrist. Skip lotion on that spot first so the patch stays on.
How does subscribe & save work?
You pay $19.99 a pouch instead of $24.99 (20% off), and a new pouch ships every 4 weeks with free shipping. Skip a delivery or cancel anytime.
Who shouldn't use it?
It's for adults 18 and over. Not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or on broken or irritated skin. If you take medication or have a medical condition, ask your doctor first. Keep it away from children.
The science, with the fine print.
We looked for studies on patches like ours. Here's what exists, including what doesn't work in our favor.

Dose and conditions: Capsules taken by mouth, for more than 8 weeks; amounts and forms varied widely between studies.
Worth knowing: One patch lists 10 mg berberine HCl, on the skin. No study has tested that.
Dose and conditions: Lab and animal study of a special skin formulation, not a patch like ours.
Worth knowing: No study has measured berberine in the body after wearing a patch like this.
Dose and conditions: 1,051 patients in 11 German family practices who had taken a tablet or capsule for at least 4 weeks.
Worth knowing: A survey, not a study of patches. It shows why people want an alternative to pills, not that a patch works.
