Do the capsules have a taste?
No. The amino acids sit inside the capsule, so there is nothing to taste. Simply take 2 capsules with 6–8 oz of water.
Why citrulline and arginine together?
Both are amino acids your body uses to make its own nitric oxide. Each 2-capsule serving pairs 400 mg of L-citrulline DL-malate with 350 mg of L-arginine hydrochloride and 50 mg of L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate.*
