Is sea moss safe? What about iodine?

Sea moss itself is low in iodine: one study found about 4 mg per kilo of dried Irish moss. Bladderwrack, the brown seaweed in our gummies, naturally contains more, and the amount varies with the harvest. Our label doesn't list an iodine amount. Ask your doctor first if you have a thyroid condition, take thyroid or other medication, or are pregnant or nursing. Don't combine it with other iodine, kelp or seaweed supplements.

What will I notice, and when?
