Excellent choice...
As far as I can tell, anyway. I used to take another Turmeric supplement for joints and general inflammation, but it had pepper in it, which, on the one hand makes curcumin more bioavailable, but on the other hand can make it TOO bioavailable (I'll say no more—look it up). So I decided to try this. I think I'm getting the same effects. And yes, it tastes good!
I love the texture and flavor of these! My favorite way to take turmeric out of all supplements I've tried. I will be buying again.
