0. Read this first
No Supplement Facts panel, and no mg of vitamin C anywhere. In this category the mg per serving is the entire proposition — the market sits at 250 mg per two gummies — so without it we cannot price, position or compare. The mockup label also adds zinc and echinacea, neither of which appears in the listing's ingredient field, and neither with an amount. Zinc has a real upper limit and this product is pitched at children too.
Update, 2 September 2026 — superseded by section 2. A full Supplement Facts panel is present, printed on the mockup bottle in the supplier's inline product images on the main Alibaba page. Vitamin C is 250 mg per 2 gummies; zinc and echinacea are confirmed real ingredients. Read section 2 before section 0.

Reading this panel
-
Zinc at 25 mg per serving is the headline problem. The adult DV is 11 mg and the adult tolerable upper limit is 40 mg, so one serving is roughly 227% DV. The listing markets this product to children as well, and children's upper limits are far lower — 12 mg at ages 4–8 and 23 mg at 9–13. At 25 mg this is not a children's product without a separate, lower dose.
-
The panel asterisks vitamin C and zinc as "Daily Value not established". Both have established Daily Values (90 mg and 11 mg) and a compliant US panel must show % DV for them. The artwork as drawn would not survive label review.
-
Zinc and echinacea are confirmed formula ingredients, which closes the section 0 and section 7 question of whether they existed only on the artwork. Echinacea at 50 mg is a token dose; the plant part is given as radix (root) with no extract ratio or standardisation.
-
Vitamin C at 250 mg per 2 gummies matches the market benchmark noted in section 0, so the SKU is competitively dosed on its lead ingredient.
-
Citrus pectin rather than gelatin, so the base is vegan-compatible — the open question in section 7 about which base they would use. Organic tapioca syrup and cane sugar are consistent with the "no high fructose corn syrup, no artificial sweeteners" claims, at 3 g sugars per serving.
-
Still missing: allergen statement, whether the vitamin C is buffered, % DV figures, and confirmation that this panel matches what the factory would actually produce rather than a stock mockup.
3. Claims on the mockup label
- Vitamin C Gummies · orange flavor · "Immune Booster" · "with zinc and echinacea" · 60 gummies · "your logo" placeholder
- "Safe formulation" panel: natural fresh orange flavor; no high fructose corn syrup; no artificial flavors or sweeteners; no synthetic dyes; gluten free
4. Dosage & use
-
Dose: the listing says 1–2 gummies per day — a range, not a serving. The label panel fixes the serving at 2 gummies; the two disagree and the panel should win.
-
Bottle lasts: 30 days at the panel's 2-gummy serving.
5. Target audience
-
Applicable people: all | Not applicable: newborns
- The title markets it to adults and children. A children's vitamin C gummy needs its own dose, its own zinc ceiling and its own warning set — and at 25 mg zinc per serving this formula is an adult formula. Decide the audience before anything else.
6. Physical & packaging
-
Shelf life: 24 months | storage: cool, dry, out of sunlight
-
Packing spec: 3 g × 60 pcs × 96 bottles; bulk, bottles, blister packs or to our requirement
-
Single package: 12 × 6.5 × 6.5 cm, 0.2 kg | Certificates: GMP, ISO, HACCP, HALAL, QS; halal certified
-
Base options: pectin, gelatin or carrageenan; with or without sugar coat — the panel indicates citrus pectin
-
Shapes: heart, button, bear, star, bullet | Stock flavours: apple, strawberry, blueberry, grape, mint
7. Open gaps & contradictions to resolve
-
Zinc at 25 mg versus a product marketed to children — the most important thing to settle. Either drop the children's positioning or get a separate children's dose.
-
The panel's % DV columns are wrong (asterisks where Daily Values exist). Any label we print has to be rebuilt, not copied.
-
Is this panel the real formula or stock artwork? Get it re-issued on supplier letterhead against the production spec.
-
Vitamin C form: stated as ascorbic acid, so not buffered. Ascorbic acid gummies are hard on tooth enamel; consider a buffered form or a rinse instruction.
-
Echinacea 50 mg: no extract ratio, no standardisation, root only. Ask what it is actually worth.
-
Dose disagreement: listing says 1–2 gummies, panel says 2.
-
Gummy count: the artwork appears in both 60- and 90-gummy versions; the panel's 30 servings supports 60. Confirm the fill.
-
Flavour: the panel declares natural orange flavour and annatto colour, but our Shopify variant is a single "Orange" — consistent. The listing's stock flavours (apple, strawberry, blueberry, grape, mint) would each need their own panel.
-
"No artificial flavors or sweeteners", "no synthetic dyes", "gluten free" are consistent with the ingredient list but remain undocumented. Nothing is claimed vegan, though citrus pectin would support it.
- The listing carries a California Proposition 65 consumer warning — resolve before US sale.
8. Claim guidance
"Immune booster" as printed on the mockup should become immune support. Vitamin C carries an authorised structure/function role in normal immune function, and zinc does too, so the honest version is easy to write — but no cold, flu, infection-prevention or illness-shortening claims, and no echinacea treatment claims. If it is sold to children, everything tightens further.
